We hired Ron and Cardinal to do a bathroom renovation for us last fall. We were extremely pleased with the work and the outcome. Ron was professional from the start, always easily accessible, and was excellent at communicating the details of the job to us.  There were never any surprises and the quality of the work and craftsmanship of his staff, especially Kris, was excellent as well. Ron offered guidance along the way, which we could choose to follow or not without feeling pressure or that the work would suffer if we chose a different route. The work was completed in a timely manner and was delayed only because of our own inability to deliver our supplies on time.

I am sorry this note is long overdue.  I want to thank you for making our dark, dreary and small bathroom look light, bright, modern somehow seems more spacious and comfortable.  The new bathroom really enhances not only our enjoyment of our home, and we think it adds to the house's value overall. Having never embarked on a home construction project, we were braced for the worst, expecting the worst.  What a surprise we had- you never made us feel like our project was too small.  We I found your suggestions to be welcome and insightful.  What a difference your experience made!  Most of all, you and your staff were kind and polite, you came to the house when you said you would, you kept my house clean, even taking care to put up plastic sheeting to keep demolition dust away from my children and you always made the time to answer my many questions; you were responsive by email even while you were out of town!  Ron, I would highly recommend your services to anyone who is looking for a contractor.  Thanks again for everything!
